Who we are

Started in Brooklyn, NY, Fertik Associates has been managing and developing properties since 1898. Since then, the family has owned, managed, and developed properties in New York, Miami, and Philadelphia. The types of properties under ownership and management include everything from single-family and multi-family residential to commercial, retail, and office buildings. 

Fertik Associates is run by Allen Fertik, his daughter Lani Frank, and her sons Jesse, Eric, and daughter Allison. Together, they are committed to prompt and efficient management and effective development of future properties.
